  • How do I get to the golf club?

  • What is the schedule for the day?

    8:15 AM : Registration and brunch


    9:00 AM : Warm up with a pro


    10:15 AM : Meet at the golf carts


    10:30 AM : Start golfing


    5:00 PM : Cocktail reception


    6:00 PM : Dinner

  • What if I need to rent golf equipment (e.g. bags, clubs, etc.)?

    If you need to rent golf equipment, please send an email to nbouthillier@conservus.ca and indicate what you need and if you are left or right-handed. Equipment availability is extremely limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly encouraged to bring your own equipment with you if possible. 

  • What is appropriate attire for the event?

    • Golf shirts with collars and sleeves are required with either pants or Bermuda shorts
    • Golf shoes with soft spikes only, worn with short golf socks
    • Jeans are not permitted at the club or on the course
    • Business casual or semi-formal attire is required for the evening

    •  If preferred, ladies may wear golf shirt with or without collar or with or without sleeves.
    • Golf shoes with soft spikes only and short golf socks.
    • Jeans are forbidden on the course.
    • Business casual or semi-formal dress for the evening.
